The Quality Standards Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality of the data collection of market research information for a large national study. This person will utilize knowledge of Field protocols, sampling, Call Record Reports, and Field work to interpret and prepare reports and quality discussions to include the client. This person coordinates with the Field team and the client/Auditors, monitors data trends to ensure the quality of Field Interviewers’ work and adherence to procedures. This person is accountable for the department procedures, accuracy and reporting and the supervision of 2-4 employees. The Quality Standards Manager is responsible for interpreting and analyzing data and reports, establishing and maintaining procedures for data review, and working with other members of the management team to provide our clients and auditors with the highest level of professionalism and customer service.
